We are exposed to chemicals every day in our modern environment. Sometimes these chemicals mix and can cause unforeseen circumstances. Chemical exposure injuries can be pronounced, such as immediate chemical burns or even death. Chemical exposure injuries can also be subtle, as damage is done over a period of time. For some, the inhalation of toxic fumes can cause permanent lung damage or Reactive Airway Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS), which is a form of chemically induced asthma. Proving chemical exposure cases can be complicated. Often the evidence has disappeared, as the offending chemical compound has dissipated into the air or been washed down the drain. We have successfully litigated and resolved chemical exposure cases in the past.
